    Central Bank of United States?

To Build modern new cities with modern public transportation real estate developers will need to borrow billions of dollars. Along the perimeter of one square mile we can build at least ten thousand apartments for around forty thousand people ( average family of four people). If it costs around $300,000 to build an average apartment in a high-rise building, then it will take $3 billion to build 10,000 apartments. In the middle of the block there will be a shopping center, and K-12 schools, and a medical center, and a gym, etc. On the first floors of the residential buildings there will be restaurants, offices, etc. Add $1 billion, make it $4 billion, profit of real estate developers included. An argument can be made to limit profit - before taxes - of real estate developers to one percent of $4 billion, which is $ 40 million. We know that big banks will not make loans - hundreds of billions of dollars - to build modern cities. That is why we have no choice but to create a Central Bank of the United States owned by the federal government.
